Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AlphaTrail ("AlphaTrail", "we", "us") [legal entity name to be inserted], the operator of alphatrail.ai (the "Service"). By visiting the site, creating an account, or using any alert or data the Service provides, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclaimer, both of which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AlphaTrail aggregates publicly available blockchain data to identify historically profitable wallets and notifies you about their on-chain activity via a web dashboard and, optionally, Telegram and email alerts.

The Service is an informational tool only. It does not execute trades, hold funds or crypto assets, or provide financial advice of any kind. See the Risk Disclaimer for important limitations on what the Service’s data does and does not mean.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if doing so is prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you live.

4. Your account

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal: one account per person, and you may not share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.

  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of being charged. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial periods.
  • We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails or is reversed, we may downgrade or suspend your access to paid features.

6. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it. The Risk Disclaimer applies to all data and alerts the Service provides. Crypto assets are extremely high risk and you can lose everything you put in.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service, or access it by any automated means other than the interfaces we provide.
  • Resell, redistribute, republish, or syndicate alerts or data from the Service, whether free or paid, without our written permission.
  • Share alerts in a way that substitutes for another person buying their own subscription.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription-tier limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, branding, and the compilations of data it produces — is owned by AlphaTrail or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes while these Terms are in effect.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services and data

The Service relies on public blockchains and third-party data providers and services (such as RPC providers, market-data APIs, Telegram, and Stripe). We do not control these and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or conduct. Links to third-party sites (for example, token pages on external exchanges or charting tools) are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

10. Availability and changes to the Service

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features — including which chains and wallets are tracked — at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material reductions in paid functionality.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ALERTS WILL BE TIMELY, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT THE DATA PRESENTED REFLECTS CURRENT MARKET CONDITIONS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) ALPHATRAIL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF CRYPTO ASSETS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR US $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID US NOTHING).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaTrail and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be inserted], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. [Review with counsel: consider an arbitration clause and class-action waiver.]
