AlphaTrail is a software tool that aggregates and presents publicly available blockchain data for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in the dashboard, or in any alert, email, or Telegram message we send constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

An alert that a tracked wallet bought or sold a token is a statement about observed on-chain activity. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell that token or any other asset.

2. We are not your adviser

AlphaTrail is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary, and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, the CFTC, or any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction.

Using the Service does not create an adviser-client, broker-customer, or fiduciary relationship between you and AlphaTrail. We do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and the Service is not tailored to them.

3. What the data is — and is not

The Service identifies wallets that have historically been profitable and reports their activity. You should understand the limits of that signal:

• Tracked wallets can be wrong, change strategy, or lose money. Their past profitability does not predict their future performance — or yours.
• Wallets may sell positions without triggering an alert, may split activity across wallets we do not track, or may be deliberately manipulating on-chain signals.
• A wallet’s purchase may be complete, partially exited, or fully exited by the time you see an alert.
• Alerts can be delayed, missed, or contain errors. On-chain and third-party market data (prices, liquidity, market cap) may be inaccurate or stale.

4. Crypto assets are extremely high risk

The Service focuses on micro-cap and meme tokens, which are among the riskiest assets in existence. Risks include, without limitation:

• Total loss of capital. Most micro-cap tokens go to zero.
• Extreme volatility — prices can fall by more than 90% within minutes.
• Illiquidity — pools can be drained or abandoned, leaving positions impossible to exit at any price.
• Fraud — rug pulls, honeypots, wash trading, and coordinated manipulation are common in this market.
• Smart contract bugs, exploits, and blockchain-level failures.
• Regulatory action that can render tokens worthless or untradeable in your jurisdiction.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

5. Past performance

Any historical returns, alert-performance statistics, or examples shown by the Service are historical observations, not projections. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions, including evaluating the merits and risks of any token before transacting. Do your own research and consult a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or attorney before making investment decisions.

You are also responsible for ensuring that accessing crypto-asset information and trading crypto assets is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
