What momentum means here
Momentum describes changes in observable market activity over selected periods. It can help prioritize research but cannot establish cause or future direction.
Research inputs
Supported screening can consider volume and price change, liquidity, token age, holder activity, social availability, and wallet behavior. Inputs depend on current provider coverage.
Manipulation and noise
Wash trading, coordinated promotion, thin liquidity, and a small number of participants can produce impressive-looking changes that are not durable.
Changing methodology
Thresholds and filters may change as AlphaTrail measures false positives and forward results. Public descriptions remain high-level so they do not imply unwarranted precision.
